In early March Krasnoyarsk Non-Ferrous Metals Plant became an object of great attention from the side of foreign press. Journalists from Great Britain, Japan, France, Estonia, Germany and Netherlands visited the Plant and had an opportunity to ask the CEO of the company any questions about the Plant.

In particular, the journalists asked about the wages at the Plant, the shareholders of the OJSC, its net profit.

According to Independent Information Agency, Igor Tikhov, the CEO of the Krasnoyarsk Non-Ferrous Metals Plant, was pleased to answer the questions and to inform the representatives of foreign press about the Plant. Answering the questions about the Company’s net profit in 2006, he said that in the recent 5-6 years the Plant nearly doubled its net profit, and last year it was RUR 1800 mln.
