As it has been published by ITAR-TASS, Artel Staratelei Amur Company (Amur Artel of Diggers), a giant east Russian gold mining company, was bought by Alyans Group. The conditions of the agreement have not been published.

The CEO of the company has been changed – the founder and the previous CEO Viktor Lopatyuk left for the USA to get a surgery operation and necessary treatment.

Artel Staratelei Amur is a holding that mines up to 10 tons of gold and platinum – almost a half of the total volume of precious metals mined in Khabarovsk krai.
