MMC Norilsk Nickel has chosen foreign companies for joint ventures aimed at minerals searching in the Russian Federation. MMC plans to organise two joint ventures: with RIO Tinto – to explore areas in East Siberia and Far East, and with BHP Billiton – to explore the deposits of West Siberia and some areas of European parts of Russia.
