Rosbank increased its share in Polyus Gold Company from 14.9% up to 39%, according to the press service of the company.

The share of the bank grew up by means of Dimosenco Holdings Co Ltd (beneficiary – Mikhail Prokhorov) and Pharanco Holdings Co Ltd (beneficiary – Vladimir Potanin), which reduced their shares in Popyus from 12 down to 0%.

However, all the changes took place in the context of Interros Group – the largest shareholder of Polyus Gold.
