According to the official web-site of ALROSA, on 31 July 2006 the new Supervisory Board of ALROSA elected at the annual shareholders’ meeting on 24 June 2006 convened for its first meeting in Moscow.

The Board unanimously elected Alexei Kudrin, RF Minister of Finance, as its Chairman, and Yegor Borissov, Chairman of the Sakha (Yakutia) government, as its First Vice-Chairman.
