In 2006 CJSC Vasilyevskiy Pit plans to mine up to 2 tons of gold. According to the company’s President, Alexei Kolchin, the construction of the last objects at the deposit will be finished in May-June.

In January-April 2006 the company mined over 300 kg of gold, its quota for 2006 being 1750 kg of gold.
