According to ITAR-TASS, a gold extracting plant will be started at Kvartsevaya deposit in Evenkia reagion in 2007, and in 2009 it is planned to finish eth plant’s construction. The deposit will be exploited by Kvartsevy Pit Company.

The deposit’s resources are estimated at 18 tons of gold and 500 tons of silver.
