The annual meeting of OJSC ALROSA-Nyurba Company shareholders will take place on June 10
As it has been reported by PRIME-TASS, on April 28, 2006, the Board of OJSC ALROSA-Nyurba set the date of the annual shareholders’ meeting of the company. It will take place on June 10, 2006.
The agenda of the meeting includes such issues as the approval of the annual reports for 2005, dividends payments etc.
The shareholders will elect the members of the Board and will approve the adit company for 2006.
According to the data on January 1, 2006, JSC ALROSA owned 86.4% of OJSC ALROSA-Nyurba.
