International scientific workshop named «Heap leaching in cold climate» will take place in Magadan on April 12 and 13, 2006. According to Russian Gold Portal, it is organised by NBLzoloto, Omolonskaya and Zolotaya Mysl Companies.

The workshop is devoted to various aspects and difficulties of heap leaching in gold mining sector in cold climate.

The list of reporters includes experts from Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Canada and Chile.
