Polyus Gold board has decided on the company’s shares’ listing at RTS and MICEX, according to Prime-TASS. National Registration Coampny was approved to be the registration body for Polyus Gold.

Rodney B. Berens, the founding partner of Berens Capital Management, LLC, and the independent manager of the board was elected the Chair of the company’s Audit Committee.
