The vice-president of JSC ALROSA and the vice-president of World Diamond Council, Sergey Ulin made a report during the annual meeting of the Council that took place in Italy from February 5 to 7. His report was devoted to Kimberley process scheme fulfilment in Russia.

Russian diamond sector was of great interest – especially in connection with the start of industrial development of Lomonosov diamond deposit (Archangel region).
