While the federal officials are thinking over how to get assets to pay ALROSA’s additional emission and to increase the State’s share in the company, Yakut deputies have developed an interesting plan. They offer to divide the property that ALROSA rents from Yakutia into three parts: federal, Republic and municipal.

According to the deputies, the federal property will include Aikhalskiy and Mirninskiy mining complexes, industrial objects in Lensk, Yakutniproalmaz Institute. Republic part consists of Anabar and Nyurba mining complexes and partly Udachninskiy mining complex. Municipal property will include socially and culturally important objects, and roads.
