During the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of MMC Norilsk Nickel it was approved that the amount of interim dividend payable in cash for the first 9 months of 2005 is RUB 43 per ordinary share (USD 1.51). Dividends shall be paid in the period before February 28, 2006.
