Russia's gold and currency reserves at the end of the year 2005 equalled to $182.2 bln
The External and Public Relations Department of the Bank of Russia announces that the Russia's gold and currency reserves at the end of the year 2005 equalled to $182.2 bln, with monetary gold calculated at current quotations by the Bank of Russia. Calculated at the fixed value of monetary gold as $300 per troy ounce as applied for previous periods the Russia's international reserves would equal to $179.6 bln for the same date.
