ZABINFO.RU informs that the gold mining companies of Chita region prospect about six tons of gold a year. It is not the highest results among Russia’s results but the prospects of the region are estimated quite positively. In 2006 over RUR 300 mln will be allocated for geological researches from the Federal budget. The experts expect gold mining in Chita region to grow up to 15-20 tons of gold a year.
