From December 14 to 17 2004 there is the annual Jewellery Fair Severnoe Siyanie Aurora Borealis 2005 taking place in Yakutsk. Earlier it was planned that the Show would take place in November, but the dates of the exhibition changed.

The Show participants – 28 companies – are demonstrating their newest collections, certified diamonds, gemstones and everything that is of interest in jewellery sector.

The programme of the event is very interesting and includes jewellery presentations, concert and jewellery contests.

The organisers of the Show are the government of the Sakha Republic, the Committee of precious metals and gemstones of the Sakha Republic, Diamond Council of Yakutia, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of the Republic and the Ministry of Industry of Yakutia.
