On November 17 the Governor of Magadan region Nikolai Dudov met the CEO of Polymetall Vitaliy Nesis. Polymetall Company mines silver at Kolyma deposit Dukat and Lunnoe.

According to the press service of the regional administration, one of the reasons of the meeting was the change of the company’s owner – East Company sold its shares to OJSC Nafta Moscow. The new owner announced that it did not plan any changes in the company’s structure.

On December 25 the budget of the company for 2006 will be discussed.
