MMC Norilsk Nickel continues to increase the transparency of the information about the company’s production and publishes the results of platinum and palladium production in 3Q05. According to this report, in 3Q05 the company produced 840 thou oz of palladium and 198 thou oz of platinum. These figures do not include the results of Stillwater Mining Company – MMC Norilsk Nickel subsidiary.

It is expected that this year MMC will increase its production up to 3080 thou oz of palladium (in 2004 – 3000 thou oz) and 730 thou oz of platinum (in 2004 – 700 thou oz).
