RIA Press-Line reports that the gold production in Krasnoyarsk krai is still reducing. The Union of Gold Manufacturers of Russia publishes that in January-August, 2005, Russian gold production reduced by about 2 tons as compared to the same period last year.

In 2004 Krasnoyarsk krai was the leader in Russian gold mining – its result was 30.92 tons of gold.
