On September15 the celebration ceremony of the 15th jubilee of Russian diamonds mining industry took place in Moscow Forum Hall. During the ceremony the address of the Russian Federation President to ALROSA Company workers was read to the participants of the ceremony.

The Chairman of ALROSA Supervisory Council and the Minister of Finance of Russia Alexey Kudrin mentioned in his speech that in course of 50 years diamonds over $50 bln have been mine din Yakutia. Moreover, he expressed an opinion that these high rates of the gemstones mining will be remained.

The President of ALROSA Alexander Nichiporuk reported that the company is broadening the scales of its activity and is becoming an international company, but its key prospects are associated with Yakutia.

During the ceremony there were such congratulations expressed as those from the Union of Miners of Russia, De Beers and many other organisations and companies.
