According to Kommersant, the CEO of CJSC Artel gold mining team Viktor Lopatyuk has refused to sell the team, but some sources inform that he has started the presale preparation. The assets of the company are estimated at minimum $500 mln. Among the candidates for the artel experts name such structures as those controlled by Viktor Vekselberg, Vladimir Potanin and Mikhail Fridman. Thus, there is an opinion that the refusal of the CEO is an attempt to rise the price of the company.

CJSC Gold Mining Artel Amur registered in Khabarovsk krai in 1992 is the largest gold and platinum mining company in the region. In 2004 it mined 10 tons of precious metals.
