As it has been informed by Lenta.ru, the deputes have brought into the Duma the amendments to the law On Natural Resources. The amendments allow the regions to manage small deposits of natural resources including gold, silver and gemstones. These amendments are meant to consider the offers and remarks of the local authorities.
