Armenia has offered Russian diamonds companies to authorise the re-export 15% of Russian diamonds. This information was provided by Armenpress. According to the head of jewellery department of Trade and Economic Development Ministry Gagik Mkrtchyan, the question of Russian diamonds supplies in 2006 was discussed at different levels of authorities. This year Armenian companies got 150 thou ct out of 450 thou ct of diamonds planned. It is important to mention that raw diamonds are imported to Armenia from Israel and Belgium.
