On August 11 the Board of MMC Norilsk Nickel held a meeting in Moscow, during which it was decided to organise a meeting of the company’s shareholders. The agenda of the meeting that is to take place on September 30 includes the questions of MMC gold assets redistribution. This information was provided by the company’s press service.

In particular, the reorganisation of MMC Norilsk Nickel provides the creation of OJSC Polus Gold, which will own the shares of the current CJSC Polus.
