IA Deita.RU reports that according to the data from August 1, 2005, the volume of gold mining in Yagodninskiy region amounted to 2150.5 kg. Last year this result was by 177.5 kg more.

Now 47 companies mine precious metals in the area, though over 80 companies have licences for it.
