VIII International Business Conference "Russian Precious Metals And Gemstones Market: Today's Situation And Future Developments" will take place in Moscow, November 1 - 3, 2005. The event is organised by the Federal Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Moscow city government, International Informatization Academy, Association of Russian Banks, Commercial Bank "Lanta-Bank", Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (Technical University). The Conference is conducted by the International Informatization Academy under the aegis of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Russian Federation.

The key topics that will be discussed at the conference are PGM and ecology. These issues are especially important in Russia, in Siberia, Far East and Northern regions where 100% of Russian diamonds, PGM, 83% of silver and 63% of gold are mined.
