The board of Polymetall Company offered the shareholders of the company to approve the deal on purchase of 5400 shares of Serebro Magadana Company (80%) from Dukat Company.

Thus, if the deal takes place, Polymetall will have 100% of CJSC Serebro Magadana, the company that exploits Dukat silver and gold deposit, the largest one in Russia. The deposit is located in Magadan region.
