CJSC Polus has bought the shareholding of OJSC Lena Gold that used to belong to OJSC Atomredmetzoloto. The shares – 5.61% – were sold at open tenders and were bought for RUR 76.8 mln.

As a result CJSC Polus is now the owner of 62.57% of Lena Gold shares.
