Kinross Gold Corporation has decided to remain in Magadan region and to continue gold mining there. In the nearest future the company intends to process the metal mined at Berkachan deposit ta Omolonskaya processing plant and to provide its services to other companies.

The plans of Kinross Gold include geological searching and exploration of other gold deposits.
