On June 1 the Ministry of Finance held a diamonds auction where the gemstones of special sizes were sold.

The results of the auction are being estimated but even now experts express an opinion that the auction was quite a success – 482 of 485 lots presented were sold. 22 Russian cutting companies participated in the tenders.
