The Chairman of the Government of Russia Mikhail Fradkov signed a decree dated from April 7, 2005, On gemstones, semiprecious stones, artificial or reconstructed stones exports customs.

According to the decree these customs taxes will amount to zero (international activity codes are 7104 20 000 0, 7104 90 000 0).

This decree came into force on May 12.
