ALROSA Supervisory Council met on April 29 in Moscow. The meeting was headed by Alexey Kudrin, the Minister of Finance of Russia. The Council fixed June 25, 2005, as the date for the annual shareholders’ meeting, according to a company release issued on May 3.

The Council approved the company’s 2004 annual report and financial statement which listed net profit at 13.9 bln roubles and approved a dividend of 1.8 bln roubles.
