MMC Norilsk Nickel has decided to increase the authorised capital of CJSC Polus by means of additional shares emission. This information was provided by Norilsk Nickel press service.

The means obtained will be transferred to the consolidation of Gold Fields Ltd 20% according to the decision of MMC board.
