On June 1, 2005, the Ministry of Finance of Russia will organise an open auction for special sized diamonds sale. The auction will take place in the building of the GOKHRAN of Russia. The lots will include gemstones weighing 10.8 ct and more that are not of historic and cultural value.

The deadline for applying is May 22, 2005.

This year three auctions of this kind are planned to take place.
