The first gold bullion at Vasilyevskiy Pit is to be produced in summer. This information was provided by the company’s management. Now the gold mining factory’s construction is coming to the end at the pit. This year it is planned to process 300 thou tons of ore, in 2006 – 1 mln tons of ore that will allow producing 5 tons of gold a year.

Now Vasilyevskiy Pit Company owns the licences for several deposits development with total gold resources estimated at 100 tons of gold.
