New law On Natural Resources approved by the Government of Russia may lead to the situation when large finance groups purchase main resources in the country that will not satisfy the needs of regions. Such an announcement was made at the Legislation Assembly of Krasnoyarsk region. This information was given by RIA Press Line.

The bill provides the move of legislation relations towards trade and auction basis. This may result in all regional resources being bought by one large finance group, which is not obligatorily concerned about the region. Experts express an opinion that contests will serve better for this purpose than auctions.
