As it has been informed by RIA Novosti, the Government of Russia plans in future to replace the tax for minerals mining by a once-only payment in the context of civil contract for deposits ownership. This proposition was discussed by the ministers on March 17 during the meeting devoted to the new law On Natural Resources discussion.
