As it has been published by IA REGNUM, the Control and Counting Chamber of Leingrad region Legislation Assembly is going to control the finance basis for minerals searching in the region including diamonds searching as well. On March 17 the Budget and Tax Commission approved the bill On Mineral Base Development in Leningrad region for 2006-2010 and recommended the Parliament to approve the bill on March 22.
