RIA Press-Line reports that OJSC Krasnoyarsk Non-Ferrous Metals Plant intends to buy the assets of its competitors in Russia. Such a strategy was signed by the company’s CEO Igor Tikhov. Thus the company plans to purchase two Russian refining plants located in Novosibirsk and Prioksk. These plants control 52% of gold refining in Russia, while Krasnoyarsk Non-Ferrous Metals Plant’s share being 42%. Krasnoyarsk Plant is ready to pay 160 mln roubles for Novosibirsk plant. In case the deals take place all the operations will be moved to Krasnoyarsk.
