From October 3 to 7, 2005, a conference devoted to rare and precious metals mined in Siberia and Far East will be held in Irkutsk.

Teleinform publishes that the event is organized by several searching institutes and the administration of Irkutsk region. The conference programme will include reports and discussions on geology, mineralogy, metals processing technologies, deposits searching etc.
