According to IA Vostok-Media, tax police of Magadan region want to get 300 mln roubles from Omolonskaya Gold Mining Company that belongs to Canadian Kinross Gold. Kinross Gold board has decided to stop operations in Magadan region, all the mines will be stopped soon. This decision was made due to financial problems, sources say.
