On January 26 IJT 2005 – International Jewellery Tokyo started its work and Russian diamonds mining company is one of its numerous participants.

As it has been reported by ALROSA press service, on January 26 ALROSA held its presentation, which was attended by Russian Ambassador in Japan Alexander Losyukov, the president of Japanese and Russian Trade Association Mr Takagami, the president of RID-EXHIBITION Mr Isidzumi.

Sergey Ulin, ALROSA’s vice president, made a report on the company’s key strategy development. Then a press conference was held. Japanese journalists were particularly interested in ALROSA activity in the country’s market. The representatives of the company emphasised the importance of Japan in the world’s diamond sector and expressed their hope for future positive cooperation.

ALROSA exposition attracted great attention at the Show– the first day about a thousand visitors came to watch its diamonds.
