Kolyma.ru reports that the head of the Commerce Department of Chinese province Kheiluntczan Mr Syaofen and the deputy Governor of Magadan region Alexander Polyakov have signed an agreement according to which the two regions will cooperate in the field of natural resources development. In particular, Chinese businessmen are interested in gold and silver mining.
