As it has been reported by PRIME-TASS, the volume of gold bullions sold in Byelorussia in 2004 increased by 250%. In 2003 this figure amounted to 93.891 kg, in 2004 — 237.486 kg.

Bullions weighing 5 kg, 10 g and 1 g were the most popular 2.161 thou pcs, 2.153 thou pcs and 1.721 thou pcs respectively were sold last year in the country.
