A new subdivision was founded in the structure of MMC Norilsk Nickel – the mergers unit. This information was provided by the company’s press service. The new subdivision was created in order to improve the organisation structure of MMC Norilsk Nickel.

The new unit will conduct financial analysis and foreign assets estimation from the point of view of investments attractiveness, it will develop the offers for merging and assets with shares buying.
