As it has been informed by Polimetall press service, at the end of December the subsidiaries of the company – CJSC Serebro Magadana and CJSC Serebro Territorii – signed an agreement according to which Polimetall will have the right to rule the subsidiaries. The other mining companies of the holding – CJSC Zoloto Severnogo Urala and OJSC Okhotskaya mining company had already signed such an agreement.

Thus, the holding has finished its structure forming that will allow the company to increase the business effectiveness and attractiveness.
