As it has been reported by REGIONS.RU, by the end of 2004 the gold mining volume at Vysochaishiy Pit in Irkutsk region will have amounted to 950 kg. The quota — 830 kg of gold — has been fulfilled at the mine.

The regional administration has established the quota for the next year — 1600 kg, however, the company plans to mine 1800 kg of gold.

Vysochaishiy Mining Complex was launched in summer 2004, the resources of the deposit are estimated at over 45 tons of gold.
