Russian jewellers are seriously concerned about the situation in the sector in connection with the forthcoming amendments to the Tax Code that are to come into force on January 1. On November 22 there was a meeting held in the building of Jewellery Fest Journal and the event was devoted to this problem. Among the meeting participants there were the president of Almaz-Holding Flun Gumerov, the CEO of Sidan-M Yuriy Surkov, the president of Ardos Company Anna Roccia, the CEO of MJP Elite Dmitriy Skandakov, the CEO of Elgem Company Vladimir Zboikov, the chairman of Jewellers Union of Tatarstan Igor Kozlov, the CEO of Russian Jewellery Network Artem Podstreshny, the chief editor of Express-Jeweller Valeriy Chisnikov and the chief editor of Jewellery Fest Alexei Scherbina.

As a result, the jewellers have developed the appeal to Russian legislative organizations and authorities.
