RIA Novosti reports that Russian businessman Boris Karlov has entered the board of Celtic Resources.

Mr Karlov has worked in McKinsey&Company in London for some time and has occupied the position of Executive Manager in TPG Aurora — Russian branch of Texas Pacific Group. Now he has entered Celtic Resources board as an independent manager.

According to the company’s press service, Mr Karlov assisted in the negotiations with ALROSA on Nejdaninskoe deposit.
