Polish silver dated from XVII – XIX centuries is exhibited in the Hermitage
On October 19, 2004, the exposition of Polish silverware dated from XVII – XIX centuries opened in the Blue Room of the Zimniy Palace. This information was provided by the Hermitage press service. The exposition includes over 60 exhibits from the Museum collection.
The visitors will have an opportunity to enjoy wonderful Polish silver and golden vessels owned by rich people, silver goblets made by Jacob Shmidt I and Lukas Kadau, Christian Paulzen, Rode family and other famous silversmiths.
